Menopause affects over 1.3 million women in the U.S. each year, yet 34% of women with symptoms go undiagnosed, according to the Society for Women’s Health Research.

To meet this growing need, Allie Theiss, MSc, CSC, ABS, a leading Menopausal Care Provider, and Integrative Wellness Coach, is sharing her Thrive & Flourish Method™ with the world. Her signature transformative wellness solution empowers women to navigate menopause with confidence and vitality.

“Women going through menopause deserve to feel heard, supported, and empowered,” says Theiss. “I’ve been through this journey myself, and I know firsthand how challenging it can be. My approach is about giving women the tools and support they need to thrive, not just survive.”

Her commitment to women’s wellness began with her formal education in psychology, including a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. She has since earned an Integrative Wellness Coaching Certification and is nearing completion of her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University

Drawing from her extensive training, Theiss developed her Thrive & Flourish Method™, a holistic six-pillar program designed specifically for menopausal women. The approach integrates nutrition, mental health support, physical activity, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments to help women manage common menopausal symptoms, such as fatigue, hot flashes, and brain fog.

This comprehensive system addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of menopause, providing women with a personalized plan to reclaim their vitality.

“This method offers more than symptom relief; it provides a holistic path to wellness, allowing women to embrace menopause as a transformative stage in life,” explains Theiss.

Theiss’ expertise has been recognized nationwide, including features in Cosmopolitan and her invitation to represent the U.S. at the US & Canada Women’s Trade Summit in the 1990s.

Currently, she collaborates with premier wellness platforms, including the Maven Clinic and MenoWave, offering expert guidance to women navigating menopause and postpartum.

Beyond one-on-one coaching, Theiss is expanding her offerings with virtual retreats, online classes, and monthly care packages for menopause.

Her upcoming January 2025 virtual retreat, “Empower HER,” will focus on helping women re-ignite their passion, power and pleasure through menopause and beyond.

As the conversation around menopause continues to evolve, particularly among Gen X women, Theiss’s platform offers the education, support, and empowerment that women need.

Theiss’ approach is grounded in science, and it’s also deeply personal.

After experiencing the challenges of menopause herself and navigating them without the aid of hormone-based treatments due to her family history of ovarian cancer, heart disease, and blood clots, Theiss developed her holistic method.

“Menopause is different for every woman,” she explains, “and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution.” Her approach ensures that each woman’s journey is deeply personalized, addressing both physical and emotional needs.

Her clients have reported significant improvements in their overall well-being, from reduced brain fog to better sleep and emotional resilience.

One client shares, “Working with Allie has changed how I approach my health. I no longer feel at the mercy of my condition. Instead, I feel empowered to take control of my wellness journey.”

In addition to her personalized coaching, Theiss’s MenoSpark podcast offers insights into managing menopause and has built a supportive community for women looking for answers, shared experiences, and hope.

As more women seek non-pharmaceutical approaches to managing their symptoms, Theiss’s integrative method is proving to be a vital resource.

She is also a strong advocate for workplace awareness, pushing for more supportive policies for women going through menopause.

Theiss concludes, “Menopause isn’t the end of vitality—it’s the beginning of a new chapter where women can reclaim their power and well-being.”.

She is also the host of the “MenoSpark” podcast.
