Ty Swartz is a nationally accredited photographer recognized by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Virginia Professional Photographers Association (VPPA) and the Texas Professional Photographers Association (TPPA). He holds prestigious photographic degrees including Master Photographer (M.Photog.) and Photographic Craftsman (Photog.Cr.), and is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP). Additionally, Ty is an Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design and Video Design, with certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. His work has been featured internationally on over 18 magazine covers and in numerous newspapers and websites.

Grand Opening of New Studio

Swartz Portraits is excited to announce the grand opening of its new studio at 644 Grassfield Parkway, Suite 24, Chesapeake, VA 23322, on September 14, 2024. The event will feature a Cell Phone Portrait Workshop from 4 PM to 4:45 PM, followed by the grand opening from 6 PM to 8 PM. The studio will offer family portrait vouchers for $100 (normally $200) and its signature 2-hour Senior Safari Portrait Session for $200 (normally $400). Vouchers can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite or at the grand opening. Attendees who purchase a portrait voucher will be entered into a drawing to win a museum-quality fine art print from GraphiStudio, handcrafted in Italy. The winner must be present to claim the prize.
