Over the past year, Paschal Construction Company has been generating exciting progress that has surpassed their initial focus. The company, which traces its roots back to the 1960s in the charming town of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was founded by John A. Paschal. Today, it’s led by his nephew, Charlton “Chuck” Hildreth, who has overseen significant growth and transformation. What started as a residential construction and maintenance company has evolved into a formidable force in new buildings, commercial construction maintenance, and now, project management.

For the last two years Paschal Project Management has been striving to become a household name in residential and commercial construction maintenance. Led by CEO Chuck Hildreth, they have not only continued to expand the company’s operations but also brought the next generation of the Paschal family into the fold. His children, Sydney, Tayler, and Charlton II, affectionately known as Drew, have joined the business, each taking on crucial roles that are driving the company’s growth and expansion.

Sydney was the first to join the company, taking charge of overseeing commercial accounts. Her role is critical in ensuring that Paschal Project Management maintains strong relationships with its commercial clients and continues to deliver high-quality service across the board. Next to join was Tayler, who, with her background in accounting, was tasked with structuring the company’s finances. Tayler’s expertise has helped to solidify the financial foundation of the business, enabling it to scale efficiently. Finally, Drew came on board, bringing fresh energy and ideas to the table. He is responsible for recruiting and training new talent, as well as assisting with the company’s ongoing growth and expansion.

One of the significant areas of growth for Paschal Project Management has been its relationship with Wendy’s Restaurants. Over the past four years, the company has been performing maintenance and repairs for Wendy’s, starting with just a few tasks at a handful of stores. However, as Paschal Project Management earned Wendy’s trust and respect through their consistent and reliable work, their responsibilities have expanded significantly. Today, they manage a territory that includes Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Missouri, handling the maintenance and repairs for numerous Wendy’s locations across these states.

This impressive expansion into the Wendy’s market is just one part of the story. Before working with Wendy’s, Paschal Project Management had already built a strong reputation by managing repairs and renovations for other notable clients, including Progressive Realty, Public Storage, Obach LLC, Total Package Resort, and Fitzgerald’s Casino Tunica. Their work with these companies laid the foundation for the growth they are now experiencing with Wendy’s, and it’s clear that they are not slowing down.

Paschal Construction & Project Management is now venturing into new markets, driven by the energy and ambition of its new leadership. With the next generation of the Paschal family playing key roles in the company, Chuck and his team are ready to press forward to new heights. The combination of experience, innovation, and a commitment to quality service has positioned Paschal Project Management as a leader in the industry, and their continued growth is a testament to their hard work and vision.

As they expand into new territories and take on new challenges, it’s clear that Paschal Project Management is a company on the rise. With a strong foundation built on decades of experience, a growing portfolio of satisfied clients, and a dynamic team of leaders, the future looks bright for this family-owned business. The Paschal name has long been associated with quality and integrity in the construction industry, and under Chuck’s leadership, along with the new generation, it’s clear that this legacy will continue to grow and thrive to be ready for his grandchildren to take their position later.
