Renowned gospel singer and Billboard chart-topper Latice Crawford, celebrated for her powerful three-octave contralto vocal range and urban contemporary gospel music, is thrilled to announce the launch of her new venture, Whole Life LLC.
Known for her contributions to women’s empowerment and relationship facilitation, Crawford is dedicated to helping single women, couples, and families build healthier relationships and communication strategies. The Certified Life Coach is dedicated to helping single women, couples, and families build healthier relationships and communication strategies.
Crawford will also be honored with a prestigious Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism in December 2024, along with a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House for her work in the community and making a difference in the lives of others.
Whole Life LLC offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients. For single women, the focus is on building a healthier relationship with themselves before entering into a relationship.
For premarital, married, and post-marital individuals and couples, the emphasis is on enhancing communication, conflict resolution strategies, and connection with their spouses. Crawford brings a wealth of expertise to her coaching practice, being certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and Relationship Facilitation.
At the heart of Crawford’s coaching method is “The Floor Plan,” an innovative approach designed to help clients understand their own lives as they would their homes, ensuring they are prepared to welcome others into their lives or create space for those already there. “The Floor Plan” offers various course offerings, including a 2-hour webinar where participants start at the foundation and work through one room of their choice.
Additionally, there is an in-person interactive experience available as a one-day session or a full five-day retreat.
The one-day experience includes a discussion to identify foundational issues and an activity specific to a chosen room, while the five-day retreat provides a comprehensive exploration of foundational issues and activities that reflect different rooms each day. Participants cover their own retreat fees, with the organizer covering Crawford’s flat rate fee.
The room activity breakdown includes the Foundation, where participants complete a worksheet to uncover traumas affecting their relationships. In the Kitchen, pairs cook a meal together to improve communication and teamwork. The Living Room involves creating a miniature model of their living room to identify and discuss what they value about themselves and the type of people they should welcome or exclude from their lives.
In the Bathroom, participants plant herbs or flowers to symbolize the transformation of traumas into growth opportunities. The Bedroom activities vary: for couples, an intimacy coach joins Crawford to explore love languages and intimacy, while for single women, there is a pajama party-style session with activities designed to foster self-awareness and comfort in expressing personal narratives.
Crawford commented, “I believe that understanding ourselves is the key to building healthier relationships with others. Whole Life LLC is designed to guide individuals and couples on a journey of self-discovery and growth, ensuring they are equipped to foster meaningful and lasting connections.” She is set to transform the way individuals and couples approach their relationships, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, effective communication, and personal growth.
In addition to her coaching work, Latice was contracted to be a speaker for the WEN (Women’s Entrepreneurial Network) cohort with the LA Sparks. This program, designed for players looking to venture into business outside of the WNBA, included a 90-minute wellness webinar titled “I Am My Business.”
The webinar focused on using emotional intelligence to communicate directives with staff and business partners to create a healthy working environment. Participants learned techniques for self-mental and emotional care to ensure they can show up healed and ready to contribute to their companies’ success. Activities included 4-7-8 breathing techniques, a morning mental walk-down, and team building and communication techniques for meetings.
Known for her dynamic presence and inspiring message, Crawford continues to make a significant impact both on and off the stage.
Latice continues to perform and is available for booking, bringing her soulful gospel music to audiences everywhere. She first gained national recognition as a finalist on the second season of BET’s competitive gospel singing television show, Sunday Best, where she finished third.
Her self-titled debut album reached the Top Gospel Albums and Top Heatseekers charts, while her follow-up album, “Diary of a Church Girl,” also made waves on the Top Gospel Albums chart. Her EP “The Cure” received widespread acclaim, with the single “Amazing” standing out as a significant release from the project.
