TISE Consulting and Therapy aims to help individuals and organizations understand their biases and oppressive tendencies at the micro, mezzo, and macro level. With a focus on trauma-informed practices, Jayden and their team provide a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences, emphasizing empathy as the antidote to trauma.
