Jayden Aubryn, the founder of TISE Consulting and Therapy, has been making waves in the consulting industry with their innovative approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting. Their company’s unique emphasis on trauma-informed practices and high accountability has made it stand out from other consulting firms in the industry.

TISE Consulting and Therapy aims to help individuals and organizations understand their biases and oppressive tendencies at the micro, mezzo, and macro level. With a focus on trauma-informed practices, Jayden and their team provide a safe and supportive space for clients to share their experiences, emphasizing empathy as the antidote to trauma.

But empathy alone is not enough. TISE also places a high emphasis on accountability, recognizing that it’s not enough to want to change; you have to take actionable steps to do so. Balancing responsibility with empathy can be especially challenging, but it is necessary for true and lasting change.

Jayden’s belief in the importance of accessibility also sets TISE apart from other consulting firms. They recognize that quality information is often inaccessible, and aim to make their knowledge more accessible so that people don’t have to spend tons of money and/or experience traumatic situations to learn these lessons.

TISE’s services include 1:1 coaching, facilitating difficult conversations, strategic planning, training, and consultation for mental health and DEI topics. With Jayden’s extensive experience in the field, TISE has done DEI work nationally, from forming the first Gender-Sexuality Alliance in a high school in Kentucky to being an expert panelist at a statewide conference, to their current work serving as a member of the equity cabinet of King County, Washington.

In addition to their professional accomplishments, Jayden’s personal story is also a testament to their dedication to DEI work. As a Black queer non-binary person with disabilities, they have faced many challenges in their life. But instead of letting those challenges define them, they have  used them as fuel to help others.

Jayden’s commitment to Accessibility, Empathy, and Accountability is what sets TISE Consulting and Therapy apart from other consulting firms. Their innovative approach to DEI consulting is making a real difference in the world, one organization at a time.
